The Challenge
Yellow Ribbon's original information delivery was fragmented, and the mobile browsing experience was suboptimal, making it difficult for potential donors and volunteers to quickly understand the association's core values (e.g., after-school tutoring, character education). Our challenge was balancing the "warmth of a non-profit organization" with "modern visual aesthetics," while optimizing the donation process and the presentation of material recruitment information.
Our Process
Brand Color Redesign
Using a new "Sunflower Yellow" and "Fresh Green" palette as the core, we designed a series of consistent physical applications. All designs ensured a perfect combination of warm tones and green flow patterns, enhancing the association's dual identity of professionalism and warmth.
Information Architecture Optimization
Reorganized the website navigation, categorizing complex organizational information into three main paths: "Core Values, Implementation Plans, Ways to Participate." Ensured users could quickly navigate from "Who We Are" to "Our Programs," significantly shortening the conversion path from brand awareness to actual action.
Responsive Web Design (RWD)
Considering that the majority of the public browses via mobile phones, we comprehensively optimized the mobile UI, ensuring that fundraising information and event registration forms operate smoothly across all devices.
Foundational SEO Engineering
Strategically placed keywords such as "youth charity" and "disadvantaged family care" to improve the association's visibility and trustworthiness on search engines.
